On September 28, 2011, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to open the new Quarry Visitor Center at Dinosaur Narional Monument. Speakers included: Clifford Duncan of the Ute Tribe, Regional Director John Wessels from the National Park Service, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar.
